The magnificent Saloon, bounding one side of the courtyard at Quinta do Vale do Corvo is ideal for parties, more formal meals, displays and lectures. With its ancient hunting trophies, prints and maps "from the time of the Lines", the setting strongly evokes the centuries of history of the farms and the region. The raised area at the far end of the room, housing the massive wooden screw presses and with its "proscenium arch" is ideal for formal and informal presentations. Sound and projection systems can be provided.
